TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Health & Travel Privileges
a) As a Franchise Investor, you shall be entitled to one year of free medical facilities.
b) You shall be entitled to one free annual tour sponsored by the company.
- Investment and Revenue Share
a) A Franchise Investor investing Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) or Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) shall participate in the financial performance of the respective franchise branch. The benefits will be discussed on table with a cup of tea and will be formally incorporated into the Agreement.
b) A Franchise Investor can invest in one designated course only per investment.
- Infrastructure Development
a) The complete infrastructure for the branch will be developed and provided by Pobonbir Education Pvt.Ltd.
- Withdrawal of Investment
a) Any Franchise Investor may withdraw his/her investment after completion of 90 (ninety) days from the date of investment.
b) The refundable amount shall be credited directly to the Franchise Investor’s bank account as per the bank details provided or may be collected in the form of a cheque from the Head Office.
c) The incentives and revenue share already earned by the Franchise Investor shall not be deducted or adjusted from the invested amount during withdrawal.
- Nominee Requirement
a) Every Franchise Investor shall nominate at least one
(1) nominee at the time of signing this agreement.
- Attendance & Operational Duties
a) Each Franchise Investor is required to visit the office for at least two (2) days every week.
b) All operational and business details shall be accessible through the Company’s online software, and the Franchise Investor shall be required to attend all scheduled meetings.
- Change of Franchise Investor's Name
a) No Franchise Investor shall be permitted to change the registered Franchise Investor’s name before the completion of 90 (ninety) days from the date of onboarding.
b) A request for name change can only be considered after 90 (ninety) days with prior written approval from the Head Office.
- General Terms
a) This offer letter shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. By accepting this offer, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and operational policies of Pobonbir Education Pvt. Ltd. as may be amended from time to time.
